Kickboxing / Muay Thai

Born in Japan with roots in Karate and Taekwondo, kickboxing is a popular hybrid martial art which combines elements of many stand-up combat sports. There are many styles of kickboxing, including Muay Thai, Sanda, Savate, and others. 

In our kickboxing program, you will learn the fundamentals of kickboxing and Muay Thai in a fast-paced group class that will build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories while you build muscle and improve flexibility. You will love this fun and challenging workout.
