Eastside Fall Health Challenge
Join us as we lock in new healthy lifestyle habits starting tomorrow (September 6th). It's absolutely free to join as this is all about having fun while holding each other accountable as we work towards our goals. To participate, email jayson@martialartsorleans.com and commit to the following for as many days as feels right for you:
š¤ 7-9 hours of sleep per night
š² Pick a diet and follow it
š¶ Two 45-minute sessions of active body movement per day
š§ Drink a gallon of water per day
š Read 10 pages per day
š« Eliminate alcohol consumption
